Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop berighttherematcha.com operated by Bonhem GmbH ("we"). A consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act is any natural person concluding a transaction for purposes outside their trade or profession.

2. Conclusion of contract

Product presentations in the shop are not binding offers but an invitation to order. By clicking the payment button at our payment provider Stripe you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by email. The contract language is German; we store the contract text and send it to you by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include statutory VAT. The base price per 100 g is shown next to the sales price. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed. Payment is processed by Stripe via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, EPS or PayPal and charged when the order is placed.

4. Delivery and pickup

We deliver within Austria only. Orders ship with Austrian Post within 1–2 business days after payment; delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Alternatively you can pick up free of charge at our cafés: BERT Coffee & Matcha 1010, Fleischmarkt 20, 1010 Wien or BERT Coffee & Matcha 1070, Stiftgasse 19, 1070 Wien. You will receive an email when the goods are ready. Goods not collected within 14 days are taken back after consultation and the purchase price refunded.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See the withdrawal policy for details.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions apply. Please check the goods on receipt for completeness and integrity and report transport damage immediately.

8. Food information

Ingredients: 100 % green tea powder (matcha). Net weight: 30 g. Origin: Kagoshima, Japan. Best-before date printed on the bottom of the pouch. Store cool, dry and away from light.

9. Applicable law, jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this applies only insofar as mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence are not displaced. The place of jurisdiction for businesses is Vienna.
