Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bonhem GmbH, Fleischmarkt 20-22/EG/2A, 1010 Wien, Austria, email: hello@bertcoffee.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (§ 18 para 1 no 5 FAGG). Opened matcha pouches therefore cannot be returned.
